Q. I've entered the code but it is not showing on my basket.
A. Our codes are case sensitive so you must input the code in the correct format for it to be accepted, then press "Validate" to to adjust your basket total to the new total.
Q. I've typed in my code, pressed "Validate" but it says it has expired.
A. Sorry the offer has expired, make sure you sign up for our e-mail newsletter to receive regular special offers and discounts.
Q. I've typed in the offer code but not all the items in my shopping basket have been discounted.
A. Is the offer you received product specific, i.e. quite often we will give savings on certain items, this means if one of those items is in your shopping basket it will be reduced accordingly, other items not in the offer range will not show a discount.
Q. I typed in the offer code and nothing happened.
A. Did you press "Validate" (apply my offer) or are you using a discount for a product that is not on offer, quite often our codes are valid against certain products only, select a non-offer item and your discount will not be applied.
Q. I have two offer codes can I use them on the same order?
A. Only one offer code can be used per order.
Q. I forgot to claim my offer code before I proceeded to the checkout and I have now placed my order.
A. Unfortunately we are unable to apply an offer after you have completed your order.
Q. The product I want to buy has this message on it
SPECIAL OFFER. However I have an introductory 5% discount and it won't accept it - whats happening?
A. Products which bear the 3 for 2 logo do not qualify for any extra discounts, but if you do buy three, you'll only pay for two and this represents a huge saving to you!
