For optimum enlargement, 2 cylinders are required. The 2" clylinder covers the penis only and the 3" cylinder covers both the penis and scrotum. This is important as it will help protect the penis during the vacuum process and also make the seal at the base of the penis air-tight . Place the 2" cylinder over the penis and ensure that the valve at the top is closed and the tubing is connected to the vacuum pump. Use minimal pressure when creating a vacuum. You shopuld never experience any pain or discomfort, however excessive pumping and cause swelling, discolouration and pain and you should release the vacuum and discontinue the session is this occurs. The purpose of the vacuum is to make the erection slightly larger than you normal erection, and not to swell your penis. Don't be too impatient by trying to achieve your largest erection during your first few sessions. You will need to gently build up the vacuum pressure over many sessions. When you have achieved the desired vacuum pressure, leave the cylinder on until the end of the session to allow you penis to fully engorge and settle to its new size After the session has ended, clean the cylinder with soap and water.
