Maxhim Guide to Prostate Milking

Nexus Vibro Prostate Massager
In recent Australian research related to prostate cancer it was theorised that if, while in their 20's, men masturbated regularly, their chances of contracting prostate cancer reduced in late life. By milking the prostate, any toxins which have accumulated in the prostate gland can be flushed out.
Did you know? Prostate cancer is the most comer cancer in men in the UK.
If that wasn’t enough to interest you in prostate milking, how about these:
• In 2005, more than 34,000 men in the UK were diagnosed with prostate cancer
• Each year around 10,200 men in the UK die from prostate cancer
It’s a proven fact that prostate cancer risk is strongly related to age, very few cases are in men under 50, with the largest number of diagnosed cases in men aged 70-74. In this case, prevention really is better than the cure.
What’s more, your prostate is known as the male G-Spot, therefore prostate milking will feel sensationally good! It’s a win/ win situation!
-Method
The milking session lasts between 10-40 minutes. After about 10 minutes you’ll begin to release fluid which has a sensation similar to slow urinating. After a few minutes, this fluid flows out freely.
If you want to massage your prostate by yourself, we recommend using a prostate massager, such as the cheap and cheerful Dr Joel Kaplan’s Prostate Massager,or the extremely popular Nexus Vibro. We recommend you use a quality lubricant to smooth things along nicely such as Max Pro Prostate Massage Gel. You could use your finger, but many find this uncomfortable and difficult to sustain. Prostate massage can be performed in a number of positions, but as a beginner, we shall assume you are lying on your back with a massaging device.
To warm up, gently massage the area between your scrotum and anus (known as the perineum), to stimulate the prostate gland. For the next part, a good lubricant is vital, especially for beginners.
Gently and slowly insert a finger into your anus, the sphincter muscle may spasm and contract upon initial entry but this will only last for about 30 seconds. Move your finger further into the anus and with your fingernail (make sure they’re clean, cut and smooth!) facing your back make a 'Come Hither' motion with your finger. You are now pressing on your prostate. If you feel the urge to urinate - don't worry, that won't happen.
At this point, slowly withdraw your finger and insert the massaging device. Continue to stimulate the prostate until you feel your sphincter muscles contract and the prostate swell.
Upon ejaculation, the prostate gland will rapidly contract release the seminal fluids, giving you a spine-tingling sensation and an empty, healthier prostate. Job done!
